This Privacy Policy sets out how ChangeWorq Pte. Ltd. (“Changeworq”, “we”, “us” or “our” as the context permits) manages your Personal Data (defined below). We may modify or revise this Privacy Policy at any time in the exercise of our sole discretion by posting a revised version of this Privacy Policy on the Website.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from persons below the age of thirteen (13). If you are under thirteen (13) years of age, please do not send us any Personal Data about yourself.

Types of data collected

Personal Data

If you engage us to provide services to you or your organisation, send us correspondence, contact us, interact with us and/or communicate with us in any way (e.g. by sending us emails, messages or mail, submitting a form on the Website and/or by making phone calls to us), or if you are referred to us by business partners or other third parties, we may collect and maintain records of such communications, including your Personal Data. Personal Data which we (or service providers acting on our behalf) collect include your name, email address, phone number and address. 

Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Website is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of the Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We do not associate Usage Data with other Personal Data we have about you.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.

If your Personal Data has been provided to us by a third party, you should contact such party directly to make any access and correction requests on your behalf.

Retention of your Personal Data

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it was collected, as required or permitted by applicable laws (including to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting or other regulatory requirements) or as we deem necessary and relevant to protect our legitimate interests. 

Withdrawing Your Consent

The consent that you provide for the collection, use, disclosure, retention and processing of your Personal Data will remain valid until it is withdrawn by you in writing. 

If you do not wish to receive our newsletters or other communications, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list by using the unsubscribe facility that may be provided with such newsletter or communication. 

You may also withdraw your consent by submitting a written request to our Data Protection Officer, specifying such information as may be required by us to process such request. Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time for your request to be processed. Depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing access to certain portions of our Website or services to you as a consequence of such withdrawal.  

You acknowledge that we will not be able to remove your Personal Data from the database of third parties which you previously authorised us to share such information with.

If you opt out of receiving marketing-related communications from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, and you cannot opt out of receiving such messages.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. 

Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of the Website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Website available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

       all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any liquidation or similar proceedings,
       and/or to an acquirer of our business or assets or any part thereof); and

       partnership, collaboration, joint venture or otherwise in furtherance of our business.

Severability

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable under any applicable law or if any court of competent jurisdiction in a final decision so determines, this Privacy Policy shall continue in force save that such provision shall be deemed to be deleted.
